Bob Randall is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County, Rensselaer County and Schenectady County Bar Associations. In addition to being admitted to practice in New York State in 1975, Bob is also admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Denise Randall is a former New York State Assistant Attorney General and is an Adjunct Professor of Business Law and Estate Planning at The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York. In addition to being admitted to practice in New York State in 1977, Denise is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court.
Denise was elected the Town of Guilderland’s first female Judge in 2005, a position she continues to hold.
Darcie began her career working with Bob Randall at a law firm in Averill Park in 1988. She continued working with Bob at the firm until the establishment of The Randall Law Firm in 1997, where she serves as Chief Legal Assistant. Darcie lives in Rensselaer County and has three children.
